Steven Little is a financial executive with over thirty years of experience as a senior financial officer for various multi-state companies, who joined the Horizon Trust Company team in 2015. His career began in 1985 and has spanned the years since in the financial sector with specialties from agricultural and farming biotech to real estate development.
For over 15 years, Claudia has helped entrepreneurs nationwide launch their business and protect their wealth. Claudia joined the Horizon Trust Company team in 2021, combining her knowledge of business formation with self-directing, and putting it to work. She is passionate about delivering the best customer service experience to each client while providing answers to industry questions.
Julie Hardwick comes to us with two decades of managerial accounting experience, spending the past thirteen years focused on nonprofit companies. Julie joined Horizon Trust Company in 2021 and she is determined to maintain a level of reliability, quality, and ethics to our clients. Her business experience has molded her to develop high standards which made her an ideal fit for our clients and the Horizon Trust Company team.
Cary Dougherty has been in the retirement industry since 2010, joining Horizon Trust Company in 2017. He quickly gained experience in every operational department and currently heads the compliance, asset management and inbound teams while overseeing IRS tax reporting. Establishing a strong foundation, he preserves his industry knowledge with continued education from RITA and Ascensus. Cary is certified as a Self-Directed Industry Professional (SDIP) and strives to expand his knowledge with colleagues as well as the clientele of Horizon Trust.
